Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Palace Holdings Limited.

Eligibility to enter

  1. The prize draw is only open to entrants over 18 years of age, who are resident on the Isle of Man (Palace Holdings Ltd staff members are excluded from the draw).
  2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  4. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

  1. The prize draw will include those who correctly answer the question and supply their contact details up to 12 noon on 20th May 2024. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
  2. To enter the prize draw simply complete the question and fill in your details on our prize draw landing page which can be found here: https://www.lookys.im
  3. Palace Holdings Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prizes

  1. The prizes are listed as follows:
    1st Prize x 1 – Overnight stay for 6 people / 3 double rooms on opening night (24th May 2024), Includes dinner in Looky’s Lounge Bar, overnight stay & breakfast the following morning, VIP seating in Looky’s Lounge Bar on opening night with 3 x bottles of Prosecco, 6 Palace Cinema tickets, and 1 month gym membership for 6 people at the Palace Health Club.

    2nd Prize x 2 – Dinner for 2 in Looky’s with 1 x bottle of Prosecco, 2 x Palace Cinema tickets, 1 day pass at the Palace Health Club for 2 people.

    3rd Prize x 4 – 1 x Bottle of Prosecco (to be consumed on site at Looky’s Lounge Bar) and 2 x Palace Cinema tickets.

    4th Prize x 10 – 2 x Palace Cinema tickets.

    PLUS

    Vouchers* x 50 – £10 Palace Holding Vouchers to be awarded to the first 50 people through the door on the opening night (24th May 2024) of Looky’s Lounge Bar
  2. The 1st prize winner of the VIP overnight package (and 5 friends) must be available for an overnight stay on the opening night on Friday 24th May. Transfer to alternative dates is not permitted.
  3. Palace Cinema tickets can be used for a movie of your choice, subject to availability.
  4. Palace Holdings Ltd gift vouchers may be used at Best Western Palace Hotel & Casino / Looky’s Lounge Bar / Paragon Bar & Restaurant / Palace Cinema / The Sefton Hotel / Sefton Express. *Excludes Gaming. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, photocopied, damaged, or altered in any way and will not be accepted. Vouchers valid only for period stated. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher.
  5. 1st Prize Gym Membership to be for a month of the winner’s choosing (all parties together). Gym day pass, a date of their choosing subject to availability.
  6. Only one prize can be awarded per person.
  7. Palace Holdings Ltd’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
  8. The winner will be drawn at random.
  9. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  10. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  11. The decision of Palace Holdings Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

  1. The 1st prize winner will be notified on Monday 20th May 2024 via the phone number provided during subscription.
  2. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th prize winners will be notified on Monday 20th May 2024 via the contact email provided during subscription.
  3. Palace Holdings Ltd will attempt to contact the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place winners by email up to two times.
  4. If these winners do not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prizes, and Palace Holdings Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify new winners.

Receipt of the prize

  1. Collection or delivery arrangements for the prizes will be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

  1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Palace Holdings Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy. We will also send information regarding events or promotions from time to time.
  2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at info@Lookys.im
  3. The winners agree to the release of their name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Palace Holdings Ltd.
  4. An announcement of the winners’ names and photographs may be posted on Looky’s Lounge Bar social media pages.
  5. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Palace Holdings Ltd Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Palace Holdings Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Palace Holdings Ltd does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
  2. Palace Holdings Ltd does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

  1. Palace Holdings Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Manx law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.
